Dynamic Green Plantation (Pvt) Ltd is an Agriculture Investment (Green Investment) company that was founded in 2021 and officially incorporated in 2022 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The company has a strong focus on vanilla farming and aims to promote sustainable agricultural practices.
In 2024, Dynamic Green Plantation was acquired by CBI Holdings LLC (USA), along with all its assets and current liabilities. Under new management, the company now operates as part of the CBI Holdings LLC group—a diversified multinational entity with operations in the USA and Sri Lanka.
CBI Holdings LLC manages a wide range of projects and companies, including Capital Boost Investment (Pvt) Ltd, Dynamic Seeds, agritourism.lk, Classique Clothings, FlashFix Technologies, IBA, and Dreamscape Resorts (Pvt) Ltd. With a team of experts in agriculture and business consultation, Dynamic Green Plantation is positioned for sustainable and strategic growth in the green investment sector.
What is the minimum investment amount?
The minimum investment amount is LKR 100,000.

How does the company minimize the risk in plantation investment?
Green Investment is globally recognized as a ‘Low Risk, High Return’ opportunity. To further safeguard your investment, Dynamic Green Plantation (Pvt) Ltd has implemented the following risk-mitigation strategies:
1. Expert Agriculture Consultants Team
We have a highly experienced and professionally qualified team of agriculture consultants who guide and monitor all plantations. Their expertise helps reduce risks such as bacterial infections and improves overall yield.
2. Advanced Agriculture Technology
We incorporate the latest agricultural technologies including modern irrigation systems and strategic maintenance practices. We’ve also partnered with AgGrains Trading LLC (Australia) to access cutting-edge agricultural knowledge and innovations, backed by over 10 years of plant research.
3. Buffer Stock Strategy
The company selects lands with minimal natural risk and maintains additional stock of plants. This allows us to replace any crops lost to uncontrollable events like natural disasters, ensuring continuity and stability.
4. Crop Insurance
We are working with several top-tier insurance companies to provide crop insurance coverage—adopting a globally accepted practice to further reduce investment risk.
5. Secured Land Ownership
As an added layer of security, the company legally transfers land ownership (perch amount depending on the selected investment plan) to the investor for a 5-year term. Ownership is returned to the company upon settlement of the investment return. (This will applicable only for above 5Million investments )
6. Legal Agreement
A professionally drafted legal agreement is signed between the investor and the company. This document clearly outlines all terms, conditions, and responsibilities, offering full transparency and legal protection.
Can an investor withdraw money during the agreed investment period?
No.
Once an investor contributes to our large-scale agriculture project, the funds are immediately allocated towards operational activities to generate returns within the agreed investment period.
As detailed on our website, Dynamic Green Plantation (Pvt) Ltd strategically uses investor contributions to cultivate a mix of short-term, mid-term, and long-term crops to maximize yield and ensure sustainable returns.
Therefore, early withdrawal is not permitted as the funds are fully engaged in the investment cycle.
What happens if the customer passes away during the investment period?
In the unfortunate event of the investor’s death during the investment period, the company offers two options:
1. Plan Continuation by a Family Member
A nominated family member can continue the investment plan by signing a new agreement. The original return structure and terms of the initial plan will remain unchanged.
2. Early Withdrawal by Nominee
Alternatively, the spouse or children (as per the nominee listed in the investment proposal) can request to withdraw the invested amount. The company will process the payout within 90 days upon receiving the formal request along with the required documentation.
How do customers make their contributions for the plantation projects? (Payment Options)
We highly encourage customers to make their investment contributions directly to the company’s official bank account, which will be provided by your assigned Green Investment Advisor.
Once the payment is made, the customer will receive an official payment receipt within 24 hours.
This process ensures transparency, accountability, and proper documentation of your investment.
